            Create a KPI Definition for a KPI Set

            Create a KPI definition for a KPI set to predict uplift in a promotion.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a KPI definition: CGCloud Business Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and open KPI Definitions.
            2. Click New.
            3. For Record Type, select Uplift Prediction.
              For a particular KPI set, create only one KPI definition with the Uplift Prediction record type.
            4. Enter a name and description for the KPI definition.
            5. Select the appropriate settings for rounding. storage options, display, read type KPI, and reporting.
            6. Add the KPI definition to a KPI set and specify a subset. You can select the KPI subset as VPC to show the KPI in the Volume Planning Card or as Planning to show the KPI in the P&L view.
            7. Save your changes.
            8. Sync your changes with the processing service.
