| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date From and Date Thru | To set the date range. This is a mandatory filter. |
| Customer Date From and Customer Date Thru | To set the date range for a customer and is shown only if Show Customer Total Column is selected. For example, the Date From and Date Thru values are selected as January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. The Customer Date From and Customer Date Thru values are selected as April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022. The system shows the account plans from January 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022. |

| Accounts | To show plan information based on the selected customer. A customer is available if:
This is a mandatory filter. |
| Products | To show information based on a list of selected products. The products (in both dynamic and fixed product filters) must have a valid KAM status for the date range (Date From - Date Thru) defined in the account plan filter. This is a mandatory filter. |
| KPI Set | To show information based on the KPI subset. Select KPI subsets that don’t have editable or editable calculated KPI definitions, or KPI definitions that don’t reference the editable or editable calculated KPIs. You can select only one KPI subset from the filter at a time. When you select a KPI subset, the system removes unwanted KPIs and improves the grid performance by not loading irrelevant data. When this filter is applied, the account plan view shows the KPIs that are part of the KPI set with Usage set as Plan, and that belong to the subset selected in this filter. If there are two KPI sets with Usage set as Plan, the KPI set that’s found first is considered. This is a mandatory filter. |
| Phase | To filter data based on the phase of the promotion. By default, the Planning, For Approval, and Committed phases are selected. If you don’t set this filter, the account plan view shows the aggregated data of the promotions that are selected by default. The Phase filter in the Account Plan and Trade Calendar views is in sync with each other. You can add promotion phases to the picklist, but the Preparation and Canceled phases aren’t included. |
| Promotion Type | To show information based on promotion templates. Use this filter to include or exclude Long-Term Agreements. Promotion templates for which the Trade Calendar Relevant option is selected as Yes or Default and that belong to the sales organization of the user are available for selection. |
| Product Level | To select the product hierarchy levels in the account plan view. The product levels that are assigned to the relevant customer templates and that have the value Product are available for selection.
|
| Product Hierarchy Reference Date | To select the date from which the product hierarchy is considered. This filter appears if Dynamic is selected for the Used Reference Date in the sales organization. If the date isn't selected, the current date is used to identify the applicable conditions. |
| Considered Promotions | To determine the promotions when the KPIs are aggregated, This filter appears if the Display Considered Promotions Filter is selected in the user settings of the logged-in user. Select one of these options.
The default value is All. |
| Hide discontinued products | Hide discontinued products from your account plan’s profit and loss. After you enable the Include discontinued products setting, you can’t disable it. Use this checkbox to hide discontinued products from the account plan P&L instead. Keep in mind that hiding the discontinued products won't change the P&L calculations for the product hierarchy. For example, brand, category still consider the discontinued products. |
