            Update Cache Allocation

            Set up Platform Cache and update cache allocation as necessary to avoid negative system performance.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box enter Platform Cache, and then select Platform Cache.
            2. Click Edit for AppLimitCache Platform Cache Partition.
            3. On the Platform Cache Partition Edit: AppLimitCache page, in the Org Cache Allocation section, enter the Organization value as 5.
            4. Save your changes.
            5. To update the CGCPS section, click Edit for CGCPSSession Platform Cache Partition.
            6. On the Platform Cache Partition Edit: CGCPSSession page, in the Session Cache Allocation section, enter the Organization value based on this formula:
              Organization capacity in MB = (Number of users created * Number of SalesOrgs * 1 Kilobyte) divided by 1024
            7. Save your changes.
