Account Participation & Competitor Insights Dashboard
Analyze account engagement during promotional periods by using the insights. You can access information on sales volume, value, and product placement compliance to evaluate promotional impact. Gain insights into your brand and product performance, and compare them with competitor categories, brands, or products to measure and monitor product effectiveness.

The Account Participation & Competitor Insights dashboard includes Account Promotion Participation, Account Compliance, and Competitor Performance tabs. Use filters to identify accounts based on location, associated account, priority, company type, class of trade, promotion, and the selected period.
On the Account Promotion Participation tab, review the count of accounts that have participated in the promotion and their responses about product placement quality, such as correctness of location, whether the product is displayed, and the overall quality of the display. You can also drill down to the account details that you’re interested in.
On the Account Compliance tab, track the compliance of accounts with the promotions they are participating in. Use filters to identify accounts and view the details for the accounts you’re interested in.
On the Competitor Performance tab, compare your brands and products with the competitor based on price, promoted price, and product placement. Use filters to identify accounts based on location, associated account, priority, company type, class of trade, and a selected period. Expand the Competitor Asset Analysis section to see account responses regarding asset availability and to drill down to the details of accounts you’re interested in.
