Agentforce for Trade Promotion Management

KAM agent helps you efficiently manage everyday tasks. Your KAM agent can help you view promotion and account measures. The KAM agent can copy promotions and update certain fields in existing promotions.

To set up and use the TPM Agent, make sure that you're on Consumer Goods Cloud Package 256.7.

Note Work with your Salesforce representative to ensure the licenses and permissions required to work with Agentforce are available in your org.

• Assign Permissions
  Assign admins the permission sets that they require to set up and use KAM Agent.
• Set Up Agentforce
  System admins must set up the Agentforce.
• Working With Agentforce for TPM
  After the TPM Agentforce is set up, key account managers can use the TPM agent to view account and promotion measures. They can also create or update promotions.
