            Fields that Support Promotion Sharing

            This table provides details on the back-end objects that store details about the products participating in a promotion and the user’s access rights on a product.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            Object Label Field Description
            Product_Category_Share__c Product Manager RecordTypeId

            The record type of the user or user group. The possible values are:

            • User

            • User Group
            - - Product__c The product for which the access rights are granted. The product level of the product stored in this field must either be Category or Brand.
            - - SalesOrg__c

            The sales org to which the product belongs.
            - - User__c The user to whom the access rights are assigned. You must fill either this field or the User Group__c field.
            - - User Group__c The user group for whom the access rights must be assigned. You must fill this field or the User field.
            - - Account__c

            The customer with respect to whom the product manager relation is defined for the user or user group.

            Only the customers that belong to the same sales org as the user are available for selection.

            Note
            Note If you leave this field empty, the user or user group is a product manager of the product category with respect to all the customers in the sales org.
            - - Access__c The type of access that the user has on the product. The possible values are:
            • Read
            • ReadWrite
            - - Active Indicates whether the product manager record is active. The available options are:
            • Active
            • Inactive

            When the system creates a product manager record, the value is set to Inactive.
            - - User Setting__c The user settings with which the product category share is associated.
            Promotion_Product_Share__c Promotion Product Share Name The name of the promotion product share record.
            - - Promotion__c The promotion to which the categories are assigned.
            - - Product__c The categories that are assigned to the promotion.
