- From the App Launcher, find and select Data Cloud.
- In Data 360, go to the Data Streams tab and click New.
- Select TPM Data Connector as the data source and click Next.
- Select one or more Salesforce objects that you want to include in the data stream and click Next.
- To connect Promotion writeback data to Data 360, select promotionmeasures_<salesforce_organization_id> or accountplanmeasures_<Salesforce_org_id> from the available objects and click Next.
- Review the objects and fields to include in the data stream and deselect the fields not required.
-
Select rowid as the Primary Key.
This primary key uniquely identifies each record in the DLO.
-
Select lastmodified as the Record Modified Field.
The lastmodified value determines record freshness. During an incremental update, a record with the same rowid updates only if its lastmodified timestamp is later than the existing record's timestamp.
-
Select sfdcorganizationid as the Organization Unit Identifier and click Next.
This field indicates the Salesforce Organization ID of the source org from which the data originates.
- To sync only measures modified after the last data sync, select Incremental as the Refresh Mode.
-
Set the frequency of data refresh.
When you trigger or schedule the TPM writeback data export to Data 360, the data is staged in an AWS S3 bucket. The Data 360 connector scans the bucket for new records. The setting determines how often Data 360 scans the S3 bucket to detect and process new records.
- Click Deploy.
