Custom Metadata Configurations for Trade Promotion Management Winter ’25

When you install or upgrade to Trade Promotion Management Winter ’25, perform a few additional steps in your custom metadata configurations to prevent problems with linking tactics to a claim.

• Filter Active Promotions In Your Claims
  To make sure that tactics from inactive promotions don't appear when you link tactics to your claim, customize your metadata configuration.
• Filter Relevant Tactics
  If you don't select a customer on the Link Tactics page in Claims, the system incorrectly shows tactics from all customers in a Sales organization instead of showing only the tactics that are relevant to the promotion. To view the relevant tactics, adjust your custom metadata configuration.
