            When you install or upgrade to Trade Promotion Management Winter ’26, perform a few additional steps in your custom metadata configurations to prevent problems with linking tactics to a claim.

            • Adjust Custom Parameters for the Filtered Tactic Selection Query
              Starting in Winter '26, the Filtered Tactic Selection Query includes new custom metadata records that can conflict with existing custom configurations. To prevent conflicts, manually adjust the parameter order if you customized the Link Tactics feature with additional query parameters or conditions.
