Depending on the KPI codes defined in the sales organization of an account, a global list is created for the account. After a product is added to the account’s global list, the product can’t be deleted from the list, unless the product list is deleted.

Set Up Global Product Lists
Configure a sales organization to ensure that when the AccountProductListWorker batch process runs, the system creates a global product list for the account in the sales organization.
