          Customize Phases for a Promotion

Customize the phases of a promotion by adding new values, modifying existing values, or deleting entries from the Phase picklist in the Promotion object.

          Required Editions

The default phases in a promotion are:

          • Preparation
          • Planning
          • Modeling
          • Committed
          • For Approval
          • Cancelled
          • Rejected

If you delete any phases, make sure to also delete the color assignments associated with those phases.
