Change Color Using Promotion Templates To change the color of the Gantt bars of Trade Calendar when the Promotion Type filter is selected, change the color defined in the related promotion template.
Change Color Using Phase Picklist When Phase is selected for Promotion Color filter, the color of the Gantt bars is determined by the phase that the promotion is in. The color for each phase is specified in the Color Schema custom settings of a sales org. To change the colors of a phase, customize the Phase picklist.
Change Colors Using a New Promotion Field Add a filter to the Promotion Color filter in Trade Calendar by adding a field to the promotion object and then using the new field as an additional filter to color promotions. You can add up to three additional filters to the Promotion Color filter. You can also show or hide new filters at the sales org level.
