            Close Promotions Manually

            Close a promotion using the Close Promotion button.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Trade Promotion Management, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To close promotions manually: CGCloud Key Account Manager

            Prerequisites:

            • The promotion template has Enable Promotion Closure selected.
            • The promotion is in a valid state and all calculations are complete.
            • You aren’t in the edit mode on the promotion.
            1. Select the promotion record that you want to close.
            2. Click Close Promotion.
            3. Click Confirm Close.
