            Combine Claims

            To help resolvers, such as account managers, resolve claims at one go, combine claims.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To combine claims: CGCloud KAM
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Claims.
            2. Select the claims that you want to combine, and then click Combine.
              Make sure that all selected claim records have the same planning anchor and claim template. The claim status must be Open and the family status must be Orphan. Also, the claims must not have any tactics and the rejected amount must be 0.
            3. Click Combine.
              The system redirects you to the claim details page of the new parent claim, which shows the linked claims in the Child Claims related list.
