            Submit Claims for Approval

            If you’re the owner of a claim record, you can submit the record for approval.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To submit a claim for approval: CGCloud KAM
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Claims.
            2. Select an open claim record.
            3. Click Submit for Approval.
            4. Enter your comments, and then click Submit.
