            Unlink Claims

            When claims are linked, the child claims are locked. To unlock a child claim, unlink the claim from the parent claim.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To unlink claims: CGCloud KAM
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Claims.
            2. Select an open child claim that has no linked tactic and the rejected amount is 0.
            3. Select Unlink claim.
            4. Click Unlink.
