            Update Promotion Template Page Layout

            Add accrual fields and a related list to the Promotion Template page layout to enable accruals and promotion closure configuration.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Trade Promotion Management, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics are enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To update promotion template page layout: CGCloud Business Admin
            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, find and select Promotion Template.
            2. Click Page Layouts.
            3. Click Edit Promotion Template Layout.
            4. Create an Accrual Settings section.
            5. Drag these fields listed on to the Accrual Settings section.
              • Enable Accruals
              • Enable Promotion Closure
              • Phases Eligible
              • Auto-Close Offset (Months)
            6. Go to the Related Lists, and drag Promotion Template KPI Definitions to the page layout.
            7. Configure the columns for the list. We suggest you add these columns.
              • Promotion Template KPI Definition Name
              • KPI Definition
              • Usage
              • KPI Definition Storage Options Measure
            8. Save your changes.
