You can use preconfigured report metadata to create reports, however you must create
the app page and include the report in TPM. To see KPIs of your org in a report, modify a
preconfigured report metadata and replace its KPIs with your org’s KPIs.

Account Category Reports: View a set of metrics from your account plan that help you
understand the impact of the planned promotional activities during the course of the year.
Identify the areas where the promotion failed and address the identified issues for the
remaining period.
Account Monthly Reports: Get a view of the targets and monitor the metrics to achieve
those targets during a period. You can see monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly
reports. You can also compare the actual and planned volumes and other KPIs for a specific
period. It also helps you identify the gaps in the promotional activities for a specific
product and period.
Account Weekly Reports: Analyze KPIs over a period of selected weeks. Use this report to
study the targets and to monitor the metrics to achieve your weekly targets.
Promotion Reports: Analyze promotion KPIs to identify the gaps between the planned and
the actual numbers. You can also identify the time frames and the products that had a high
volume of sales. The sales data helps you analyze the success rate of each promotional
activity and understand the results of the various combinations of tactics and products.
You can group data on various parameters, such as promotion, slogan, type, and dates in
this report.
Tactic Reports: Control, adapt, and refine under performing tactics. Analyze and compare
promotions at a tactic level based on the specified KPIs. The analysis can help you
compare the actual and planned costs of promotions and tactics and understand their
contribution towards volume and profit. Group data on various parameters, such as
promotion, slogan, type, and dates in this report.
