To give a user access to the data in a sales organization, add the user to the sales
organization. Typically, Key Account Manager (KAM) users are assigned to one sales organization
and business admins are assigned to multiple sales organizations. But, you can assign a KAM to
multiple sales organizations, if needed.

To add a user to a sales organization:
CGCloud Business Admin
At any point in time, a user can log in to only one sales organization, but can
still see the data of the other sales organizations that they’re added to. For example, a
KAM is assigned to two sales organizations—0001 and 0002. When the KAM is logged in to sales
organization 0001, they can still see the customers assigned to sales organization
0002.
From the App Launcher, find and select Sales Organization.
Click a sales organization.
In the User related list, click New.
Select a user.
Select the working hours and the working days for the user.
Save your changes.
