            Set the Data Cloud Enabled Flag in Custom Settings

            The Consumer Goods Processing Service uses the Data Cloud Enabled field in Custom Settings to determine whether Data 360 is enabled.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management and Data 360
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage, create, edit, and delete custom settings: Customize Application

            To create the Data Cloud Enabled field, see Define Custom Settings.

            1. From Setup, enter Custom Settings in the Quick Find box, select Custom Settings, then click Manage next to System Setting.
            2. Edit the Data_Cloud_Enabled field and set the value to true.
            3. Save your changes.
            4. From the App Launcher, find and select SF Data Sync.
            5. Select the System Setting object and click Sync.
