Set Up Global Product Lists

Configure a sales organization to ensure that when the AccountProductListWorker batch process runs, the system creates a global product list for the account in the sales organization.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
User Permissions Needed
To set up global product lists: CGCloud Business Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Sales Organization.
  2. Select the sales organization that you want a global product list for.
  3. In Account Product List Type, select Global.
  4. In the Product List Measures section, select the processing service tables that are checked to add products to the global list.
    For example, select BASP (base price) in the Account Product Measure field. When the batch process runs, the Account Product table is checked. Only if a base price is available for a product for an account, the product is added to the account’s global product list.
  5. Sync your changes with the processing service.
