Create the Retrieve Managed Accounts With Read and Write Access Action
Create a custom action that returns a list of accounts the user has both read and write
access to. This action lets the agent work with accounts the user has the correct permissions to
modify.
Required Editions

Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods
Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses
User Permissions
Needed
To create custom agent actions for TPM Agent:
View Setup and Configuration
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Assets, and
then select Agentforce Assets.
Click Actions.
Click New Agent Action.
For Reference Action Type, select
Flow.
For Reference Action, select CGCloud: Get Managed
Accounts With Read Write Access.
Enter Retrieve Managed Accounts With Read and Write Access for the
Agent Action Label field and
Retrieve_Managed_Accounts_With_ReadWrite_Access for the
Agent Action API Name field.
Click Next.
For Agent Action Instructions, enter Returns the TPM
Managed accounts with Read and Write Access for the given User.
For Loading Text, enter Loading Managed
Accounts.
Under Input, for the Unused variable:
In the Instructions field, enter Unused
Variable.
Clear the Require Input and Collect data from
user checkboxes.
Under Output, for the Accounts variable:
In the Instructions field, enter Managed Accounts
with Read and Write Access.
Clear the Filter from Agent Action and Show in
conversation checkboxes.
From the Output Rendering dropdown, select
Object.
Click Finish.
