If fund auto-determination is disabled, the system allows you to manually link funds to
tactics via the Tactic Funds card. When you enable Payment Overwrite in the sales org, you can
only add funds with the same fund template, which don’t have the same products assigned, and are
valid for the same timeframe. You can use only one tactic fund with the anchor type set
as Customer.

Cloud is enabled
On the Promotion Detail page, click Edit.
Select a tactic to which to want to add a fund.
In the Tactic Funds card, click Manage Funds.
The Fund selection grid appears with the configured filters. It shows the funds that

Select one or more funds, and then click Link Funds.
Note The Manage Funds button is visible only if the promotion is in Edit mode. When fund
auto-determination is enabled, this button is always hidden. You can control the visibility

When Tactic Auto Fund Assignment is disabled for the sales org, the values of the
Tactic fund fields Funding Percent, LE Spend, Liabilities and OI Costs are calculated
when the promotion is saved, using fields from the Tactic Fund record and the master
Tactic record:
Funding percent: The value is calculated based on Plan Spend of the tactic fund. The
result is Plan Spend multiplied by 100 and divided by the sum of Plan Spend of all
Tactic Funds related to the tactic (tacticFund.Plan_Spend__c * 100 / (sum of the Plan
Spend of all the tactic funds).
Note LE Spend, Liabilities, and OI Costs values will
be calculated only when Funding percent is not empty (Hence, the tactic funds
related to the tactic have Plan Spend values)
LE Spend: The value is calculated based on the LE Spend value of the tactic,
multiplied by Funding Percent of the tactic fund, and divided by 100
(tactic.LE_Spend__c * tacticFund.Funding_Percent__c / 100). If the LE spend of the
tactic isn't set, the value will be 0.
Liabilities: The value is calculated based on the Liabilities value of the tactic,
multiplied by Funding Percent of the tactic fund and divided by 100
(tactic.Liabilities__c * tacticFund.Funding_Percent__c / 100). If the Liabilities of
the tactic isn't set, the value will be 0.
OI Costs: The value is calculated based on the OI Costs value of the tactic,
multiplied by Funding Percent of the tactic fund and divided by 100
(tactic.OI_Costs__c * tacticFund.Funding_Percent__c / 100). If the OI Costs of the
tactic isn't set, the value will be 0.
