Generally, the customer hierarchy information is fetched from an ERP system, but you can
manually define a parent customer for a customer. Alternatively, you can run a batch process to
assign a parent to a customer. A customer hierarchy is valid for a period.

User Permissions Needed
To assign a parent to a customer:
CGCloud Business Admin
From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts, and then select a
record.
In the Customer Trade Org Hierarchies related list, click New.
Select the parent and child customers.
Enter the validity period for the hierarchy, and then save your changes.
You can view the customer hierarchy by clicking the View Account Hierarchy button on
the customer record page.
