          Update Product Levels

          You can change the labels in the product level picklist, which is used when you create or edit a product or product group.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To add a product level: CGCloud Business Admin
          1. From the object management settings for Product2, go to Fields and Relationships.
          2. Click Product Level.
          3. In the Values section, click New and enter the values.
            You can enter multiple values, each on a separate line.
          4. Select the record types for the values.
          5. Save your changes.
          6. In the Values section, click Reorder to change the picklist order if necessary.
          7. Important
            Important Reorder product levels carefully. They must align with the product levels mapping metadata (Product_Levels_Mapping__mdt) so that TPM processes can work as intended.
            Save your changes.

          Additionally, update the labels for related picklists, such as Product Aggregation Levels in the Customer Template object, Available Product Levels in the Customer Business Plan and Promotion Template objects, Displayed Product Levels in the Promotion Template object, and Storage Levels in the KPI Definition object.
