Create Condition Templates
Create condition templates that define the behavior of conditions with reference to customers, products, or both. Depending on the reference, you can create customer conditions, product conditions, or customer-specific product conditions.
Required Editions

- In the App Launcher, find and select Condition Templates, and then click New.

Provide these details.
Field Description Identification Condition Template Name Name of the condition template. Active Indicates whether the condition template is active. Value Type Value type for a condition created using the template. The options are:
- None
- Percentage
- Amount
Template Type Meta type of a template. The options are:
- None: Not applicable
- Price: To create conditions that specify the standard or customer-specific product price.
- Discount: To create conditions that specify the percentage or value of discount for a product or customer.
Sales Org Sales org of the condition template. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of the condition template in the languages configured for the sales org. References Customer Reference Indicate whether the template has a customer reference. Use templates with customer reference to create customer conditions and product-specific customer conditions. Product Reference Indicate whether the template has a product reference. Use templates with a product reference to create product-specific customer conditions and product conditions. Pricing Details Price Finding ID ID assigned for product or consumer price. - Save your changes.
