The Tactic Templates related list shows the list of tactic templates that are assigned
to a promotion template. To create tactics while creating promotions using the promotion template,
you can use only the tactic templates that are assigned to a promotion template.
Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods
Cloud is enabled
From the App Launcher, find and select Promotion
Templates.
From the Promotion Templates page, select the promotion template to which you want to
add a tactic template.
Click Related.
Go to Tactic Templates | New.
On New Promotion Template Tactic Template page, select a tactic template.
To define the order that the tactic template appears when users add a tactic to a
promotion, enter a number in the Sort field.
Warning To avoid errors, make sure that no two tactic templates
share the same Sort value for a given Promotion Template.
Note If you don’t find
the Sort field, go to the Promotion Template Tactic Template layout in the object
management settings and add the Sort field.
This helps users quickly select the
most relevant tactics for their business.
Save your changes.
