          Grant Agent Access to a User

          To let users interact with the KAM Agent, add the agent to a new or existing permission set.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses

          User Permissions Needed
          To configure agent context and filters View Setup and Configuration
          1. Assign Access CGCloud AI Assistive Agent permission set to your Agentforce users.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Click Access CGCloud AI Assistive Agent
            3. Click Manage Assignments.
            4. Select all your users and then click Add Assignments.
          2. Assign a custom permission set to your Agentforce users.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Create a permission set or select an existing custom permission set that you plan to assign to your Agentforce users.
            3. In the permission set settings, click Agent Access.
            4. Click Edit.
            5. From the list of Available Agents, select KAM Agent and add it to the Enabled Agents list.
            6. Save your changes and go back to Permission Set Overview
            7. Click App Permissions, and then select Run Flows.
            8. Save your changes.

          After you configure the permission set, assign it to your users.
