Grant Agent Access to a User
To let users interact with the KAM Agent, add the agent to a new or existing permission set.

Assign Access CGCloud AI Assistive Agent permission set to your Agentforce users.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
- Click Access CGCloud AI Assistive Agent
- Click Manage Assignments.
- Select all your users and then click Add Assignments.

Assign a custom permission set to your Agentforce users.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
- Create a permission set or select an existing custom permission set that you plan to assign to your Agentforce users.
- In the permission set settings, click Agent Access.
- Click Edit.
- From the list of Available Agents, select KAM Agent and add it to the Enabled Agents list.
- Save your changes and go back to Permission Set Overview
- Click App Permissions, and then select Run Flows.
- Save your changes.
After you configure the permission set, assign it to your users.
