          Create a Multi-Fund Transaction

          To add or transfer money to a fund, create a fund transaction.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To create a multi-fund transaction: CGCloud Finance Manager, TPM Finance Manager,or TPM Finance User for Drawback and Transfer record types
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Multi-Fund Transactions.
          2. Click New.
          3. Select the required template, and then click Select.
            The transaction type of the fund transaction depends on the template.
          4. Select a date for the transaction that’s within the validity period of the target and source funds that you plan to link to the transaction.
          5. Select the status of the fund.
          6. If you selected a template with the transaction type Transfer, select a source fund. If you selected a template with the transaction type Drawback, select a target fund.
          7. Save your changes,
          8. Click Related, and then click Link Funds.
            Depending on the transaction type of the fund, add the target or source funds.
          9. To filter the list of funds, select a fund type.
          10. To link a fund to the transaction, enter the amount for the fund.
          11. Click Link Funds.
            If the transaction type is Initial, Transfer, or Adjustment, the linked funds are target funds. If the transaction type is Drawback, the linked funds are source funds.
            The total amount of all the linked funds is shown in the Amount field under Details. Depending on the transaction type, the amount added for an individual fund is shown in the fund’s Credit Summary or Debit Summary. Depending on the status of the transaction, the amount appears as either Pending or Approved.
