Agent Topics

An agent topic groups related tasks that an agent can handle. To test your topic, open the agent in Agentforce Builder and start a preview conversation. Enter utterances that you expect to trigger your topic and actions, and then adjust your topic’s details based on your results.

• Create the TPM Measures Account Topic
  Create an agent topic that handles user requests for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) measures for accounts. The agent can answer questions about account key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create the TPM Measures Promotion Topic
  Create an agent topic that handles user requests for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) measures about a promotion. The agent can show performance data when a user asks about a promotion. The user can search by name or slogan.
• Create the TPM Measures Promotions Topic
  Create an agent topic that handles user requests to find, compare, or rank promotions. It uses performance measures for promotions of an account.
• Create the TPM BOAPI Promotion Topic
  Create an agent topic. It handles user requests to do actions on promotion records, such as copying or updating them. This topic uses the execute promotion business object (BO) API workflow action.
