Create Product Assortments
Create multiple product assortments depending on your requirements.

| To create a product assortment: | CGCloud Business Admin |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Assortments.
- Click New.
- Enter the name and description for the planning assortment list.
- Select a template with the Planning Assortment List record type.
- Select the dates that define the validity period of the planning assortment list.
- Save your changes.

Add customers to the planning assortment list.

Search and select a customer.
You can select only one customer if you selected Exactly One in the Customer Multiplicity field on the assortment template.
- Click Create Product Assortment.

Search and select a customer.

Add a product category to the planning assortment list.
- Click Related.
- Click New next to the Product Assortment Categories related list.

Select the product category.
You can add multiple categories to a planning assortment list.
- Save your changes.

Add products to the planning assortment list.
- Click Products.
- Click Add.

Select multiple products, and then click Add Products.
Use filters to narrow down the list of products shown.
- Enter the product’s validity period for the product assortment list.
- Save your changes.
