            Create Product Assortments

            Create multiple product assortments depending on your requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a product assortment: CGCloud Business Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Assortments.

            2. Click New.
            3. Enter the name and description for the planning assortment list.
            4. Select a template with the Planning Assortment List record type.
            5. Select the dates that define the validity period of the planning assortment list.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. Add customers to the planning assortment list.
              1. Search and select a customer.
                You can select only one customer if you selected Exactly One in the Customer Multiplicity field on the assortment template.
              2. Click Create Product Assortment.
            8. Add a product category to the planning assortment list.
              1. Click Related.
              2. Click New next to the Product Assortment Categories related list.
              3. Select the product category.
                You can add multiple categories to a planning assortment list.
              4. Save your changes.
            9. Add products to the planning assortment list.
              1. Click Products.
              2. Click Add.
              3. Select multiple products, and then click Add Products.
                Use filters to narrow down the list of products shown.
              4. Enter the product’s validity period for the product assortment list.
              5. Save your changes.
