Customers and employees can self-serve and check product eligibility
themselves
Deploy the action as part of a subagent on Experience Cloud site pages. The
action uses the contact, account, or user ID of the logged-in internal employee or
external customer to identify them and verify product eligibility.
To provide the
employee or customer's ID to the action, you can retrieve the ID from the employee
or customer's session ID on the Experience Cloud site.
Service reps and request fulfillers can check product eligibility on behalf of
customers and employees
Deploy the action as part of a subagent in the org. The action uses the current
record context to find the user, contact, or account on behalf of whom service reps
and request fulfillers are verifying product eligibility.
