Service Process Agent Action Considerations and Limitations

Service Process Agent Action Considerations and Limitations

Review the supported service process attributes, generated flow behavior, and requestor experience before creating an agent action for a service process. Agent actions don’t support list-of-maps attributes, context variables, picklist values as a distinct data type, or service processes that include product selections.

Service Process Attributes

Unsupported attribute types: Agent actions don’t support service process attributes that use list-of-maps attributes or context variables.

Picklist attributes: Agent actions treat picklist values as text in the generated autolaunched flow.

Default values: Dynamic agent action instructions don’t support default values for context definitions or list-of-maps attributes.

Generated Flow

Numeric-variable scale: Currency, Number, and Percentage variables in a generated autolaunched flow have a default scale of 0. Change the scale before activating the flow when the variable requires decimal precision.

Business logic: The generated flow doesn’t copy business logic from the intake flow. Add the required business logic to the generated flow.

Flow variable API names: Don’t change the API names of flow variables. The generated agent action uses these names to identify service process attributes.

Requestor Experience

LWR site experience: LWR sites show supported service process attributes as natural-language questions.

Product selections: Agent actions don’t support service processes that include product selections.
