            Use a Standard Action Launcher Deployment

            Save the time and effort to configure Action Launcher for your contact center agents. The deployments come preconfigured with context objects, actions, and frequently used actions that you can easily modify to meet your business requirements.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons
            User Permissions Needed
            To use a standard Action Launcher deployment: Industry Service Excellence permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then select Action Launcher.
              The Standard Deployments section shows the standard deployments that are available for use.
            2. Select the deployment that you want to use in Action Launcher.
              You can view the details of a deployment by clicking the deployment's name. The details include the API name, type, context, and frequently used action indicator of the actions in the deployment.
            3. Click Use Deployment.
              The deployment is added to the Action Launcher Deployment section. To modify the deployment, see Edit an Action Launcher Deployment. To delete the deployment, see Delete an Action Launcher Deployment. When you delete a standard deployment, the deployment is removed from the Action Launcher Deployment section and added to the Standard Deployments section. The modifications made to the deployment are lost.
