Use Case: Update and Copy Promotion

The KAM agent can edit and copy records by executing the underlying Promotion BO API workflows. The KAM agent executes Promotion BO API workflows to handle promotion records. The TPM KAM agent can copy promotions and update certain fields in existing promotions. This pilot doesn't include creating promotions. It also doesn't include deriving promotions.

Limits & Considerations

Promotion BO API workflow makes sure that promotion records are handled safely and follow the constraints required for Trade Promotion Management while adjusting to your specific scenarios.

When the KAM agent receives a request to handle promotions, such as updating an existing, or copying an existing one, the agent requests the fields required for performing the action. The request for fields is made to the user before the request to handle promotions is executed.

The KAM agent can perform only actions that have a defined BO API workflow.
