          Link a Concurrent Review to an Existing Request

          Ensure members continue to get timely and cost-effective care by performing concurrent reviews for an existing request during the course of a member’s treatment.

          Note This action is required only for a concurrent review that's linked to an existing request.

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To link a concurrent review: Health Cloud Utilization Management and OmniStudio User permission sets
          1. From App Launcher, go to the Utilization Management for Payers app.
          2. Select an authorization request type.
          3. In the Link Request window, search for the case by Case Number, Member ID, or Member Name.
            You see member details and all matching cases.
          4. Select the case to create a concurrent review for.
          5. Click Next to go to the next screen in the Authorization process.
