            Schedule Peer-to-Peer Review Meetings

            As a nurse, help resolve conflicting opinions, allow open communication, and ensure a complete review process by scheduling peer-to-peer discussions between the medical director and the requesting provider.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To schedule peer-to-peer reviews: Health Cloud Utilization Management, OmniStudio User, and Salesforce Scheduler permission sets
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select the Utilization Management for Payers app.
            2. Select the case record for which you want to schedule the peer-to-peer review meeting.
            3. Click Schedule Peer-to-Peer Review.
            4. Verify the decisions and notes provided by previous reviewers.
            5. Select a date and click Show Slots.
              The slots available for the medical director are displayed.
            6. Select a preferred slot.
              Note
              Note Before you finalize a slot, contact the provider to confirm their availability.
            7. In the Provider Call Details section, select the call outcome and record any notes.
            8. When you’re done, click Submit.
              The meeting is scheduled and an appointment confirmation email is sent to both the provider and medical director on their email IDs.
