Select a Service Request for the Authorization Request

Select the services that the patient needs and add them to the authorization request.

Before ypu perform this task, select a patient for the authorization request.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To select service requests:	Utilization Management Provider User permission set AND OmniStudio User permission set

To select service requests:

Utilization Management Provider User permission set

AND

OmniStudio User permission set

Select a requesting provider and click Show Service Requests.
From the list of matching service requests, select the records to add to the authorization request.
Click Next to add documentation and submit the request.
