Enable and Disable Selected Vlocity Triggers

You can disable all or selected Vlocity triggers through Salesforce Custom Settings. For example, to use the standard Salesforce Opportunity Product features, you must disable the Vlocity Opportunity Product trigger. To do this, ensure all Telco triggers are enabled, then create a record for each trigger that you want to disable.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find/Search box, enter Custom Settings.
2. Click the Custom Settings link.
3. In the Alphabetical link menu, click T to locate the trigger setup custom setting.
4. Disable the triggers.

   If you want to disable...	Then set...
   All Vlocity Telco triggers	ALLTriggers to OFF. All Vlocity Telco triggers are disabled. You are finished with this procedure.
   Select Vlocity Telco triggers only	ALLTriggers to ON. CMT.DisableAllTriggers to OFF. Individual triggers to be disabled, as described in the following steps.

5. Click New.
6. For the trigger you want to disable, add the trigger handler name and set the trigger to OFF.

7. Save the record.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each Telco trigger that you want to disable.
