Households
Vlocity helps you keep track of clients' relationships using households. Households associate family members with one another and enable you to see the connections on a relationship graph.
When you create a new household, Vlocity searches for any other contact who lives at that address. You can add these people to the household. Vlocity also warns you if you're about to create a duplicate household at an address.
In addition to creating traditional households of family members, you can group any collection of people and organizations together. Just like a household, you can see the group members in a graph and view an aggregate list of assets or policies.
