            Add Profile to a Library

            Provide Vlocity Document Template Library access to a profile to view all the generated documents.

            REQUIRED EDITIONS AND USER PERMISSIONS
            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available with Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
            USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED  
            To share Vlocity Document Template Library with a profile.

            ContractMgmtInd HINS Admin User

            OR

            ContractMgmtInd CME Admin User
            1. In your Salesforce org, from Setup, enter Profiles in the Quick Find box, then select Profiles.
            2. Click Edit, next to the profile that you want to provide Vlocity Document Template Library access.
            3. Scroll to Administrative Permissions, and select View All Data.
              Note
              Note You won’t be able to edit the View All Data setting if the profile was created with restricted permissions. Clone the profile to create a new profile, select View All Data, and assign the new profile to your user.
            4. Save your changes.
