Assign Permission Set License to User for HINS Spring '22

Here's a list of CLM and DocGen permission set licenses that are available for you to assign to your users.

Note

New and existing customers upgrading to Spring '22 continue to use Managed Package Licenses. Starting Spring '22, the Salesforce Vlocity Health and Vlocity Insurance packages support permission set licenses to incrementally extend the functionality of user licenses. However, permission set licenses will be available to customers at a future date.

• CLM User for HINS Industries

• CLM Digital Experience Partner User for HINS Industries

• Document Generation User for HINS Industries

• Document Generation Digital Experience User for HINS Industries

To assign permission set license to your user, perform the following steps:

1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
2. Click the name of the user to whom you want to assign the permission set license.
3. In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
4. Select the permission set license to assign.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 to assign the permission set licenses to other users.
