- Why Do I See a License Required Error?
If you see a license required error message when you try to perform an action in the org that is part of a managed package, such as generate documents, run Omniscripts, create Omnistudio Data Mappers and so forth, check if the managed package license is assigned to you. - Why Can’t I View Contract Documents Generated by Another User?
By default, from the Files tab, you can only view the documents you generated or the documents that are shared with you. To allow other users to view the documents generated by you, there are a few workarounds. You can share a document with a specific user, or provide a profile or user access to the Vlocity Document Template Library to view all the generated documents in the library. - Limitations in Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management
Here's a list of known limitations in Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management. - Why Can’t I Access the Industry DocGen Runtime Service?
An error appears during document generation if you don’t have access to the Industry DocGen Runtime Service. This issue occurs when the required managed package license for Industry Document Generation isn’t assigned. When you assign the managed package license, Salesforce grants the required permissions automatically, and no additional permission sets are required for document generation.
