          Hide Document Template Designer tab or Vlocity Document Template tab

          If you installed the Omnistudio package before installing the Salesforce Industry package in your org, the Document Template Designer and Vlocity Document Template options appear in the App Launcher. When you select either of the two options, the application navigates you to the Select the Document Templates window to choose the document template type.

          To hide one of the two document template options, perform these steps:

          We recommend that you use the document template of the package that you installed first and hide the second document template. For example, if you installed the Omnistudio package first and then installed the Salesforce Industry package, hide the Vlocity Document Template option from Profiles.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles.

            The Profiles window opens.

          2. Click Profiles.
          3. Click S.
          4. Click System Administrator.
          5. Click Edit.
          6. Go to the Custom Tab Settings section.
          7. Search for the document template that you want to hide: whether Document Template Designer or Vlocity Document Template.

            The default setting is set as Default On.

          8. To hide the document template, select the Tab Hidden dropdown option.
