Import Vlocity Actions for Vlocity CLM for CME Winter '22

Import and activate the Vlocity actions you use for Vlocity CLM.

Important

If you import static resource and you’ve customized the static resource without saving and renaming it with a different name, CLM overwrites the actions. You’ll lose any customization to those actions. To prevent overwriting, clear the check box for the action when you import the static resource.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter static .
2. Click Static Resources.
3. Click the letter C.
4. Find ContractDocumentSeedActionsUpperCase and click the name.
5. On the Static Resource Detail page, right-click View file and select Save Link As....
6. Save and download the JSON file.
7. Using the App launcher, open the Omnistudio app and the Omniscripts page.
8. Click the Import button to browse for the file, then import and activate it.
9. Using the App launcher, open Vlocity Actions and verify that the following actions appear in the list.
   

   Tip

   Click the Vlocity Action Name header to alphabetize the list.

   • Check In

   • Check Out To Customize

   • Check Out To Customize (Batch)

   • Check Out To Customize In Console

   • Check Out To Customize In Console (Batch)

   • Check Out To Generate

   • Checkout

   • Compare Versions

   • Continue Reconcile Word

   • Create Version

   • Customize

   • Customize (Batch)

   • Customize In Console

   • Customize In Console (Batch)

   • Delete

   • Disable Download

   • Generate

   • Lock

   • Reconcile Word Doc

   • Revoke eSignature

   • Send for eSignature

   • Unlock

   • Update Envelope Status

   • View

     

     Note

     Selections you made in previous post-installation steps might have imported additional Vlocity Actions. When you Import the Contract State Model static resource, additional Vlocity Actions are added.
