Limitations in Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management

Here's a list of known limitations in Vlocity Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Vlocity Contract Lifecycle features aren't supported in Salesforce mobile apps or in browsers opened on mobile and tablet devices.

• For customers who upgrade to Summer '24 up to 250.4 version:

  • The contract document viewer doesn't load the PDF-generated document for web templates. Salesforce recommends you to set the Auto Generate Doc File Type contract type to only Word.

  • The Check Out to Customize contract action doesn't work for web templates when the Contract Document Attach Option contract type is set to Word, PDF. To use the Check Out to Customize contract action, you can set the Contract Document Attach Option contract type to only Word.
