Optional: Add Sample Permission Set Group to a User Profile for CME Winter '23 and Later Releases
In the previous step, you created the sample permission set groups and sample permission sets in your org. Now you can assign the CLM and DocGen sample permission sets groups or permission sets to your user.
You can use a permission set group to bundle permission sets together based on user job functions. Users assigned the permission set group receive the combined permissions of all the permission sets in the group. You can include a permission set in more than one permission set group. Updates in a permission set propagate to all permission set groups that include the permission set. For more information on sample permission set groups, see CLM and DocGen Sample Permission Set Groups for CME.
Here's a list of permission set groups:
-
CME CLM Administrator
-
CME CLM User
-
CME CLM Digital Experience Partner User
-
CME DocGen Designer
-

-
CME DocGen Digital Experience User
