Optional: Additional Set Up for Sample Permission Sets for CME Spring '22

In the above tasks you have assigned sample permission set groups and permission sets to your user. You must perform the additional tasks to gain object access and other permissions for the user.

• Provide read and edit access to the Document object, for users who are assigned DocGenInd All Designer and DocGenInd Runtime All sample permission sets. From Setup, open Profiles and then go to the Standard Object Permissions section and select Read and Edit access for the Document object.

• Define the default access level for an object's record with organization-wide sharing settings. Go to Setup and open Sharing Settings and set up the Organization-Wide Defaults. Refer to CLM and DocGen Organization-Wide Sharing Defaults to see the recommended default access level for CLM and DocGen objects.

• Refer to CLM and DocGen Permission Set Combinations with Other Permission Sets for CME to see a detailed mapping of the recommended CLM and DocGen persona with the required permission sets and sample permission sets, along with other common permission sets.
