Vlocity Actions for Frame Agreements for CME Winter '22

Install and activate the Vlocity actions used for frame agreements using DP_CUSTOM_Frame_Contracts file.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static.
2. Click Static Resources.
3. Click the letter D.
4. Click DP_CUSTOM_Frame_Contracts file.
5. On the Static Resource Detail page, right-click View File and click Save Link As....
6. Save the file using the JSON format and download it.
7. Using the App Launcher, open Omniscripts.
8. Click Import.
9. Browse to the location of the saved DP_CUSTOM_Frame_Contracts.json file and click Open.
10. Click Next.
11. Select all the items for importing.
12. Review the files and click Next again to import the files.
13. If you see Import errors, click Ignore This Error.
14. Click Activate Now.
15. Review the files and click Next to activate the files.
16. Click Done.
17. Using the App launcher, open Vlocity Actions and verify that the following actions appear in the list:

    • Activate Frame Agreement - Oppty

    • Activate Frame Agreement - Order

    • Activate Frame Agreement - Quote

    • Amend Frame Agreement - Oppty

    • Amend Frame Agreement - Order

    • Amend Frame Agreement - Quote

    • Create Frame Agreement - Oppty

    • Create Frame Agreement - Order

    • Create Frame Agreement - Quote

    • Create Frame Amendment - Oppty

    • Create Frame Amendment - Order

    • Create Frame Amendment - Quote

    • Update Frame Agreement - Oppty

    • Update Frame Agreement - Order

    • Update Frame Agreement - Quote

    • Update Frame Amendment - Oppty

    • Update Frame Amendment - Order

    • Update Frame Amendment - Quote

18. Using the App launcher, open Interface Implementations and verify the following interfaces appear in the list:

    • ActivateFrameContractInterface

    • CloneAdditionalObjects

    • DiscountSelector

19. If you don't see an interface, use the App launcher and open Vlocity CMT Administration.
20. Using the App Launcher, open Vlocity CMT Administration. Click Maintenance Jobs.
21. Find the Interface Implementation Maintenance (Merge) and click Start.
22. Click OK.
