The Utility Self Serve Portal now includes a number of enhancements that aim to inform and delight your customers and improve the existing guided processes.
Where: The Utility Self Serve Portal is delivered in a reference org that's preinstalled with the Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy managed package and Utility Self Serve Portal components.
Who: The Utility Self-Serve Portal is available to org admins of Energy & Utility companies for configuration, and to your customers for authentication and usage. Org admins need the Energy & Utilities Base Service License, and customers need the Energy & Utilities Cloud for Digital Experience User License.
Why: Your customers can configure the Utility Self Serve Portal for these tasks:

Interact with a service agent using a chat box that is preconfigured with the Energy and Utilities Contact Center Console.
